Sunseeker Poole Ltd.
Elite Marine Finishing have been supporting the team at Sunseeker Poole Ltd for the past two years, and in this time have been able to offer a full range of services from both lacquer and gelcoat repairs as well as assisting and carrying out general PDI and warranty work both home and abroad. With our ability to offer such a varied skill set we have been able to work on all levels of projects within the sunseeker brand from small lacquer repairs to full paint renovations on both new and used vessels. Supporting the team at Sunseeker Poole Ltd on a regular basis has given us the ability to develop our own craft and appreciate the need to meet the specific requirements of a high end clientele and the standard of finish we need to meet.

Princess Motor Yacht Sales Mallorca
In February 2020 our team was asked to travel to Neustadt, Germany on behalf of Princess Mallorca to undergo various gelcoat warranty repairs on two V40 models. Taking on this kind of project involved clear and transparent communication to the aftercare team, efficient organisation of travel plans and suitable accommodation, materials and appropriate tools needed to ensure a successful result to gain a solid trust between us and our new client.

Princess Motor Yacht Sales Mallorca
In February 2020 our team was asked to travel to Neustadt, Germany on behalf of Princess Mallorca to undergo various gelcoat warranty repairs on two V40 models. Sunseeker Mallorca contracted our team to spend four weeks assisting them with multiple warranty gelcoat repairs on various Sunseeker models on the island. We organised accommodation, travel and worked through a job list carrying out all work professionally and to a high standard. This project was an interior re fit which involved two different trades for it all to succeed. Working closely with a local marine carpenters, both companies managed to bring the interior back to life. Our part was to repair milky and U.V damaged lacquered surfaces, taking the existing lacquer away and applying a new satin finish.

The team worked quickly and efficiently, respected and protected the interior of the yacht in the areas they worked in. Completed what was asked of them with no issues. Happy to recommend.”

This stunning Benetti 121 classic arrived at Port of Poole in need of the hull and super structure to be sanded and polished to bring the finish of the gelcoat back to a bright shine. There was also large gelcoat repairs to the hull bustle and fill, fair and re paint on the bathing platform which were all successfully completed in time before the very happy owner embarked on his new voyage.
“After completing a very busy summer in the Mediterranean and straight into winter season cruising the Bahamas and Caribbean islands, motor yacht Bunty was in need of some loving maintenance. Arriving in may 2020 and during coven restrictions Elite Marine Finishers lived unto their name and put in a solid effort performing excellent gelcoat repairs and polished away the layers of soot to transform her back to super yacht standard. Elite came in on budget and most importantly on time for the arrival of the guests to enable our summer cruise back to the Mediterranean Sea. Highly recommended!”
